Payment Policy

We accept payment by check, money order, or just about any major credit card. On all credit card orders, your account will be charged on the date on which your order is prepared for shipment. Payment must be made in US Dollars. The first order must be prepaid. On subsequent orders, with approved credit, terms may be offered.

Minimum Order Requirement

All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value of $100.00 in product.

How to Order

You can mail your order to Kokopelli Distributors, P.O. Box 353, Brandon, VT  05733 or, if you are paying with a credit card, fax it to us at (802) 247-4114. You can also simply call us at (802) 247-8218 and place your order over the telephone.

Shipping Charges

Products are normally shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. You will be charged the UPS or FedEx tariff rate.

Back Orders

We make every effort to maintain an ample inventory of the products we offer; on occasion, however, our stocks may be depleted. This may result in our being unable to fill all or part of your order in a timely manner. Should this happen, we will contact you to let you know and will handle the order as you specify. You are never charged for items that have not been sent on their way.
